Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the strategic product roadmap for Corporate Banking, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business priorities, and long-term growth objectives;
• Provide leadership and oversight to a team of Product Owners, driving consistent execution across product lines and fostering a high-performing, agile culture;
• Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders including Corporate Banking, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure alignment and successful delivery;
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-functional product initiatives—from ideation to execution—ensuring compliance with regulatory, technical, and business requirements;
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on data-driven insights, customer feedback, market trends, and strategic business value;
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer expectations to identify and drive opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation;
• Ensure all products, processes, and practices are fully compliant with internal policies, industry standards, and applicable regulatory frameworks;
• Coach and mentor Product Owners by setting clear goals, providing constructive feedback, and supporting their ongoing professional development.

Qualifications Required:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred);
• Work Experience: Minimum of 7 –10 years of experience in product ownership or a related role, including at least 3 years in a leadership or Senior Product Owner role. Experience in the banking or financial services sector is preferred;
• Languages: Fluency in Georgian and English (written and spoken);

• Technical Knowledge and Skills: Deep understanding of corporate banking products, services, and client needs; Solid experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence); Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in banking.
