Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure portfolio quality by:

• Assessing creditworthiness of existing and potential borrowers;
• Participate in decision making;
• Following up credit decisions;
• Performing regular monitoring of the portfolio;
• Performing transaction level stress test on the borrowers;
• Support internal functions in execution of their duties: loan administration, portfolio management, credit risk unit, internal audit, reporting;
• Participate in major department projects and take an active role in cross-functional teams. Participate/support in creation, update and improvement of department's policy, procedures, methodologies, developing/validating models and other development initiatives.

Qualifications Required:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance and accounting;
• Work Experience: A minimum of 3 year experience in financial institution, in particular in SME or supporting departments is required; priority will be if candidate will have passed exams FRM/CFA/ACCA;
• Languages: Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language, Good knowledge of the English language , knowledge of the Russian language (B2) will be considered an advantage;

• Technical Knowledge and Skills: Solid knowledge finance and Microsoft office.
