Security Specialist

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arrive punctually and ensure the branch is opened and closed on schedule;
• Conduct continuous monitoring of the branch’s internal and external perimeters;
• Perform regular inspections of the branch/office, identify potential risks, prepare detailed written reports, and submit them to the direct supervisor;
• Safeguard the physical security of employees, clients, and bank assets, implementing preventive measures against potential threats;
• Detect any immediate physical risks to employees or clients and take prompt action to mitigate or neutralize them;
• Respond without delay and report to duty in the event of an alarm;
• Adhere strictly to all security protocols and monitor fire safety and electronic surveillance systems as instructed by the direct supervisor;
• Maintain consistent communication with the direct supervisor, including providing advance notice prior to leaving the workplace;
• Handover responsibility for the facility to security police when necessary;
• During night shifts, ensure proper transfer of information and duties to the next on-duty officer;
• Supervise and document the receipt of incoming inventory, accurately recording item names and codes;
• Stay informed about updates in occupational health and safety legislation, monitor compliance, and report findings to the direct supervisor;
• Enforce adherence to occupational health and safety standards across the branch/office;
• Perform duties on a rotational basis as required by operational needs;
• Comply with the dress code and appearance standards set by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications Required:

• Education: Higher, technical, or secondary education;
• Work Experience: Previous experience in security services is required;

• Languages: Knowledge of English and Russian at a communicative level is preferred.
