Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Analysis: Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape through data analysis;
• Lead Generation and Qualification: Track and analyze leads generated through various channels such as website visits, social media engagement, and marketing campaigns;
• Sales Forecasting: Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast future sales performance;
• Customer Segmentation and Personalization: Segment customers based on their demographics, behavior, and preferences;
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track the performance of various business development activities such as marketing campaigns, sales outreach, and lead nurturing. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies for better results;
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and uncertainties in the business development process, such as market volatility, competitive threats, or regulatory changes.

Qualifications Required:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field;
• Work Experience: Previous experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field is preferred Experience working in business development or sales roles may be beneficial, especially for understanding the specific needs and challenges of the department;
• Languages: Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language, Good knowledge of the English language , knowledge of the Russian language (B1-Intermediate) will be considered an advantage;

• Technical Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data analysis such as Python, R, SQL, or others. Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis tools such as Excel, SAS, SPSS, or similar software.
