Internship places are limited, and accordingly, the environment is competitive. The minimum requirements for an internship include a good knowledge of English, and you must be entering your final year of completing your bachelor’s degree.
We offer the Special Program for young people (students and graduates) with a financial, audit, business administration and management background. This program includes internal rotations and covers the following departments – Financial, Treasury, Operations and Business Development. Recruitment for this program is held bi-annually (February and October) and consists of a test and an interview.
Short Description: The first phase of the Special Program includes a two-month internship in the above-mentioned host departments – two weeks per each department. Rotating through these departments makes it possible to gain knowledge in the most important fields of the banking sector. Twenty hours of classroom theoretical lessons are offered in addition to on-the-job training within the departments. At the end of the first phase, interns are evaluated and tested. Successful interns continue their internship for the next three months. Interns with a high performance rating and strong motivation have the possibility to receive an offer for full-time employment.
Requirements for the Special Program:
Education: At a minimum, candidates must be in the process of completing their final year of their bachelor degree in the field of finance, audit, business administration, or management.
Language requirements: English – Upper-Intermediate level (knowledge of Russian language is an advantage).
