Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing the digital product strategy for internet and mobile banking;
- Analyzing corporate client needs and integrating them into the product;
- Enhancing user experience (UX) and optimizing customer journeys across digital channels;
- Managing the product backlog and collaborating closely with Agile/Scrum teams;
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders and participating in decision-making processes;
- Monitoring market trends, competitors, and opportunities for innovation;
- Preparing documentation, creating presentations, and defining priorities for the team.
Qualifications Required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field(Master’s degree or MBA preferred);
Work Experience: 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector, with a focus on digital channels;
Languages: Fluent in Georgian and English languages;
Technical Skills: Knowledge of core principles of digital banking platforms, APIs, and mobile applications (iOS/Android).
