Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage in ERM ( Risk identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Monitoring, Risk  Communication, Risk culture and Governance etc.);
  • Engage in determination of RAS , according to investment policy of the shareholders, ensure correct reporting, keep team informed about potential  breaches to take relevan actions,  follow up the process;
  • Engage in the development of stress-testing models, participate in monitoring and analyzing the results, and create corresponding presentations. Take part in scheduled regulatory stress-tests;
  • Engage actively in the development of robust tools for evaluating and monitoring  and managing Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, and other relevant factors. Take responsibility for ensuring accurate data collection and storage to foster continuous improvement in our results.;
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tools for capital planning, utilization, and optimization, focusing on Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and regulatory capital requirements.

Qualifications Required:

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in relevant field- Business Administration, Finance, and Accounting;
Work Experience: At least 1 year of work experience in the financial institution;
Languages: Perfect knowledge of Georgian language; Knowledge of English at least (B2-Upper-Intermediate) level
Technical knowledge and skills: Deep knowledge of Finances; Advanced knowledge level of MS Office
