Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support Corporate Banking Department in proper analysis of the financial standing of the Bank’s corporate clients to meet their financial needs;
• Develop the full package of transaction related documentation including but not limited to a credit memorandum and a financial model;
• Prepare financial modeling, valuation, comparable analysis, and market-specific analysis;
• Conduct financial monitoring of client’s business and work in close cooperation with Credit Risk Department;
• Assist in overall due diligence, structuring and execution of the deals.
   

Qualifications Required:

Education: Bachelore's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in Financial audit, Account, and Financial reporting;
Languages: Fluent in Georgian and English languages; Russian will be considered as an advantage;
Technical knowledge and skills: Good knowledge of  financial reporting, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
