Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy for business banking lending products;
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to optimization;
• Monitor performance and drive improvements using data-driven insights;
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies;
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and tech teams;
• Conduct customer research and develop tailored solutions;
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings in the business lending space.

Qualifications Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred);
Work Experience: 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services;
Languages: Fluent in Georgian and English languages;
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of credit and risk management principles, Proficiency in data analysis tools to evaluate product performance and customer behavior, Familiarity with digital banking platforms and fintech solutions is an advantage.
