Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners;
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone);
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary;
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles.

Qualifications Required:

Education:  High school diploma; relevant trainings in IT Service.

Work Experience: Min. 1 year of working experience on a similar position.

Languages: Good knowledge of English, Knowledge of Russian is preferred.

Skills and Competencies Required: 

  • Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts;
  • Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities;
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision;
  • Knowledge of computing infrastructures;
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving ability.
