10/17/2018

Restoration works have started in Borjomi forest within the Aghadgine campaign by BIA. The project has brought together up to 250 companies raising funds for planting 48,000 trees in total.

PASHA Bank, being active in environmental CSR projects, joined the campaign from its very beginning and funded the planting of 4,535 trees on the damaged territory.

In addition to this, in 2017 PASHA Bank initiated a project aiming at collecting paper for recycling, where companies donated used paper and in return for each kilogram 13 Tetris were transferred to “Aghadgine” fund. More than 100 companies joined the cause and planting of 300 trees were funded.

“For third year running that PASHA Bank gets actively involved in environment friendly projects and we aim to stay the course in future. I would like to thank BIA for Aghadgine project and each company for their involvement. As a socially responsible organization we believe that such initiatives will have a positive impact on the environment we live in.”- said Anano Korkia, Head of PR and Marketing Department of PASHA Bank.
